Vineyard & Vinification: Airy loess soil, south-facing, makes the Pinot Blanc very elegant. By cutting the grapes in halves instead of doing a green harvest, our vines are optimally provided with nutrients. To maintain its clear fruit, we vinificate this Pinot Blanc in stainless steel tanks and give it at least 12 months time to mature on the yeast.
