Vineyard & Vinification: Kirchberg: This airy loess soil on the south-facing Kirchberg makes the Pinot Blanc very elegant. By cutting the grapes in halves instead of doing a green harvest, our vines are optimally provided with nutrients. To maintain its clear fruit, we vinificate this Pinot Blanc in stainless steel tanks and give it at least 6 months time to mature on the yeast.
