Vineyard & Vinification This elegant cuvée is a harmony of peppery Grüner Veltliner, fine Chardonnay and fruity Riesling. The Grüner Veltliner was fermented in the acacia barrel and rested there for a further 14 months. Riesling and Chardonnay were fermented in stainless steel tanks and remained there for the same time on the fine yeast, before the three were united.
