Vineyard & Vinification: Waldberg: The loam content in the sandy soil makes this Grüner Veltliner dense and exotic. On this hot south-facing hill high ripeness is possible. By cutting the grapes in halves instead of doing a green harvest, our vines are optimally provided with nutrients. To maintain its clear fruit, we vinificate this Grüner Veltliner in stainless steel tanks and give it at least 4 months time to mature.
