Food pairing: Pair it with spiced dishes or combine it with hearty sauces; welcome alternative to red wine.

Vineyard & Vinification: Kirchberg: This exposed south-facing hill is very sought-after in Poysdorf, due to its light loess and brash soil. Grüner Veltliner gets fully ripeness there and becomes an exotic, peppery classic. By cutting the grapes in halves instead of doing a green harvest, our vines are optimally provided with nutrients. To maintain its clear fruit, we vinificate this Grüner Veltliner in stainless steel tanks and give it 4 months time to mature.
