Vineyard & Vinification: Bürsting: Ried Bürsting‘s soil is of deep loess and sand, bringing elegant fruit and fine spice. By cutting the grapes in halves instead of doing a green harvest, our vines are optimally provided with nutrients. On this south-facing hill we harvest grapes of great physically ripeness year by year. To maintain its clear fruit, we vinificate this Grüner Veltliner in stainless steel tanks and give it at least 4 months time to mature.
