Vineyard & Vinification:
Veigelberg: This hot hill with its loessy soils facing south is the best home for our red wines. Rösselberg: One of the highest hills in Poysdorf, facing south-west, with loamy-sandy soils is the perfect home for a spicy, full-bodied Merlot. To maintain its clear fruit, we vinificate this Rosé without maceration in stainless steel tanks and give it at least 6 months time to mature.
